Anforderungen
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and license to practice in Geneva
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
- Clinical experience required
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing or equivalent is an asset
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in first aid and emergency care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Fluency in spoken and written English and local language
Aufgaben
- Provide comprehensive occupational health services
- Promote employee wellbeing
- Ensure compliance with Health Systems Key Elements and safety regulations
- Administer immediate first aid and emergency care
- Coordinate with external medical services when necessary
- Train and provide medical input for site emergency response team
- Manage employee health programs including vaccinations and screenings
- Implement wellness initiatives
- Educate employees on ergonomics, stress management, and chronic disease prevention
- Develop and implement return-to-work programs
- Deliver quality care via Health Services
- Maintain medical ethics and confidentiality
- Keep accurate and confidential employee health records
- Calibrate and maintain medical equipment and devices
- Collaborate with business partners including site leadership, HR, HS&E, and Employee Relations
- Identify and assess workplace hazards
- Implement preventive measures
- Conduct accident investigations
- Manage occupational infections for at-risk employees
- Promote behavioral health programs
- Advise management on ergonomic assessments and fitness for duty
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation
- Prepare and submit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Submit regular reports on occupational health activities
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Conduct 1Line HSKE Assessments
- Participate in Medical Emergency Response and Crisis Management
- Plan for Business Continuity
- Establish relationships with community emergency response providers
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license
- Maintain expertise in Occupational Health
- Participate in internal and external networks and meetings
- Meet with Manager and Sub-Regional Leader to align work priorities
- Attend Europe Medical Meetings
