- Knowledge of networking, security, and RBAC concepts in containerized environments
- Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies
- Responsibility, rigor, versatility, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
Aufgaben
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the OpenShift platform
- Manage platform lifecycle including provisioning, updates, and patching
- Plan capacity for the platform
- Implement and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana
- Establish governance for observability and operability of hosted applications
- Handle incident response and conduct root cause analysis for platform issues
- Collaborate with security teams to apply best practices in containerized environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of platform architecture and operational processes
