In this role, you will lead the implementation of Workday Learning, ensuring alignment with global strategies while meeting local needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders, driving decision-making, and preparing teams for successful adoption.

• •Long-term, sustainability-focused vision
• •Fluency in English, additional European languages a plus

Aufgaben

• •Lead the end-to-end Workday Learning implementation
• •Translate global L&D strategy into scalable Workday processes
• •Define and validate the Learning target operating model
• •Ensure consistency and scalability with global standards
• •Accommodate local needs in the implementation
• •Facilitate global and local workshops with L&D, HR, and business stakeholders
• •Capture, structure, and prioritize requirements
• •Drive informed decision-making through stakeholder engagement
• •Govern integrator and solution design
• •Review and challenge configurations for business alignment
• •Ensure compliance with Workday governance and AMS sustainability
• •Own functional documentation including workbooks and design documents
• •Validate the quality of the solution
• •Support change and enablement activities for adoption
• •Prepare HR teams for post-go-live ownership of the Workday Learning module
