Anforderungen

  • •Senior experience (10+ years) implementing Workday Adaptive Planning
  • •Experience in large, global organizations with complex governance
  • •Comfort operating in evolving environments with multiple stakeholders
  • •Strong understanding of workforce planning concepts
  • •Strong technical literacy in Adaptive Planning
  • •Ability to challenge and govern technical delivery
  • •Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

  • •Translate business requirements into a scalable planning design
  • •Define the target operating model for workforce planning

  • •Drive alignment between global standards and local needs
  • •Own the functional design of the planning model structure
  • •Ensure usability and robustness for enterprise cycles
  • •Define and validate data needs and flows
  • •Coordinate with technical teams on integrations
  • •Ensure testing readiness and support change management
  • •Prepare for training and adoption
