In this role, you will independently manage key project components while driving client engagement in Data & AI Strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading workshops, advising on data governance, and mentoring junior team members, all aimed at delivering innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Anforderungen

• •4+ years of experience
• •Strong analytical and communication skills
• •Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI
• •Proactive and solution-oriented
• •Excellent command of written and spoken English and German or French at C1 level

• •Lead design of responsible automation for supply chain optimization
• •Manage delivery of AI-first transformation projects in Financial Services
• •Advise on ethical AI governance for algorithmic decision-making
• •Lead deployment of agentic AI for production optimization in Manufacturing/Public Sector
• •Advise on human-in-the-loop AI for public service delivery
