Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in life-science related field
- 7+ years combined sales or adjacent functional experience in bioproduction process
- Single Use experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate across functions and departments
- Technical understanding of bioproduction workflows and applications
- Good judgment and tact with customers
- Strong understanding of customer challenges and solution development
- Expert presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience in consultative selling and/or hardware equipment sales are a plus
- Ability to travel up to 60% within assigned territory
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English language required
- German and/or French is a plus
- Valid driver's license

- Search for new opportunities and build a foundation for long-term growth
- Drive funnel opportunities to accelerate closure rates
- Apply intelligence-based prospecting to identify new opportunities
- Prioritize New Product Introduction prospects within territory
- Act on marketing-qualified leads and convert them to opportunities
- Collaborate with and influence Account Managers and Field Application Scientists
- Develop and lead account growth strategies
- Assist Account Managers with sales and account planning efforts
- Achieve sales goals
- Aid in developing technical solution-matching for complex opportunities
- Maintain and improve technical knowledge on assigned product lines
- Stay updated on company literature and driven products
