Senior Technical Account Manager(m/w/x)
Accelerating customer success with Adobe technology and aligning solutions to business outcomes. Minimum 5 years enterprise IT experience and strong multilingual communication skills required. Hybrid work, 4-week workation option.
Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years enterprise IT experience
- Very strong communication skills in French, German, and English
- Proven presentation skills and experience running customer calls/meetings
- Ability to collaborate with and lead diverse teams
- Ability to analyze enterprise software/infrastructure issues
- Understanding of development methodologies and technologies
- Understanding of Apache Sling, JCR, CRM, or Adobe products (plus)
- Proficiency in analytical problem solving and customer relationship building

- Proactively align Adobe solutions to business outcomes
- Drive long-term technical excellence and product adoption
- Ensure sustained measurable value realization
- Advocate for customer technical needs within Adobe
- Serve as central technical point of contact for accounts
- Deliver proactive services and notifications
- Provide desk-side coaching for new releases
- Support onsite and roll-out activities
- Guide customers through complex environment changes
- Coordinate technical issue mitigation with support teams
- Collaborate with Engineering and Consulting
