Anforderungen

  • •Completed scientific degree in biology or related discipline
  • •5 to 10 years’ experience in aquatic ecotoxicology under GLP
  • •Strong organizational skills and flexibility in work assignment
  • •Sound experience in people leadership
  • •Willingness and ability to coach, train, and develop people
  • •Fluency in spoken and written English and German
  • •Working experience in a CRO is advantageous

Aufgaben

  • •Manage the biological aspects of the ecotoxicology department
  • •Lead a team of approximately 25 scientists and lab technicians
  • •Direct chronic and acute aquatic ecotoxicology studies on various organisms
  • •Evaluate study results and report data
  • •Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with the internal sales team to prepare quotations
  • •Consult with clients regarding project details
  • •Participate in scientific workshops and congresses
