- 5–7 years of experience in embedded software development
- Experience in leading or mentoring teams
- Strong skills in C/C++ and RTOS environments
- Knowledge of Bluetooth LE and IoT technologies
- Familiarity with agile working and test-driven development
- Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines
- Clear and confident communication in English and German
- Highly motivated, people-oriented, and goal-oriented personality
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of industrial communication standards and security (IEC 62443)
- Experience with low-power wireless systems and sensor integration
Aufgaben
- Lead and support an embedded software team
- Provide technical and people leadership
- Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions
- Coordinate embedded software development activities
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
- Promote a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Define and review communication system architectures
- Ensure software scalability, reliability, and security
- Support complex hardware and software integration
- Collaborate closely with other engineering teams
- Drive continuous improvement in development practices
- Implement Clean Code and CI/CD processes
