- Knowledge of method validation/verification
- Knowledge of documentation standards (SOPs, WIs)
- Ability to troubleshoot microbiological issues
- Ability to support investigations
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German is a plus

- Coordinate and develop analytical methods
- Validate analytical methods and equipment
- Contribute to GMP Inspection Readiness
- Manage QC operational readiness projects
- Assign and coordinate daily tasks
- Develop and transfer analytical procedures
- Ensure MBQC lab readiness
- Solve MBQC quality and government inquiries
- Support laboratory troubleshooting
- Communicate with MBQC head on activities
- Write and revise SOPs and instructions
- Review and approve methods and protocols
