- Experience in process support, technology transfer, or MSAT/technical operations in biopharmaceutical environment
- Ability to work in multicultural and cross-disciplinary project teams
- Organization, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead technology transfers for biologics drug substance manufacturing
- Execute engineering runs, clinical/GMP campaigns, PPQ, and commercial production
- Provide process expertise in upstream or downstream operations
- Use single-use technology and stainless-steel equipment
- Translate process requirements into automated execution systems
- Support manufacturing activities with data trending and complex deviation investigation
- Conduct impact assessments and risk mitigation
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance process robustness and efficiency
- Interact with clients during manufacturing campaign preparation and follow-up
- Support CMC and regulatory documentation for manufacturing processes
