Aufgaben
- Conduct production of recombinant products
- Operate automated production equipment
- Assist project teams with new production line design
- Assist project teams with new production line commissioning
- Assist project teams with new production line qualification
- Assist project teams with new production line validation
- Ensure operational readiness for media and buffer preparation
- Ensure operational readiness for equipment preparation and cleaning
- Participate in technology transfer of new products
- Support CVQ, PQ, and process validation execution
- Execute day-to-day media and buffer preparation
- Execute day-to-day equipment cleaning and preparation
- Own work instructions and SOPs for your area
- Support Manufacturing Excellence for robust, efficient operations
- Define robust process parameters during routine manufacturing campaigns
- Participate in new product introduction activities
