- Lead biomarker assay activities for clinical studies
- Analyze and interpret complex scientific data
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Identify emerging biomarkers and technologies
- Build collaborations across Novartis and with external partners
- Represent Novartis in scientific publications and conferences
- Mentor and develop scientists and technical staff
- Foster a culture of scientific excellence and innovation
