- Scientific excellence supported by recognized publications
- Experience in similar role (pharma/biotech research, CRO, academic medical center)

- Well-developed interpersonal skills, good presence, ability to influence and negotiate
- Experienced presenter and communicator
- Fluent oral and written English
- German, French, Italian useful but not required

Aufgaben
- Define and deliver biomarker strategies for immunology portfolio
- Translate preclinical mechanisms into clinical biomarker plans
- Integrate biomarker strategies into clinical protocols
- Lead scientific and strategic discussions in project teams
- Participate in global project teams and governance meetings
- Lead Biomarker and Diagnostic teams
- Engage in Translational Data Science teams
- Provide scientific and strategic input for the portfolio
- Develop biomarker strategies at project, indication, and study levels
- Coordinate with clinical study leads and biomarker experts
- Align stakeholders on biomarker strategies and plans
- Conceptualize, endorse, implement, and deliver biomarker strategies
- Contextualize biomarker results and disseminate conclusions
- Co-lead translational data science working groups
- Integrate large-scale molecular and clinical data sets
- Identify novel indications, patient subgroups, and endpoints
- Provide thought leadership to identify synergies and drive innovation
- Represent BMD in Disease Area Initiatives and Consortia
- Identify and develop disease and compound mechanistic biology
- Drive precision medicine hypotheses for the portfolio
- Collaborate with BMD global organization on strategies
