Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience managing project management, retail, transformation, or consulting initiatives, ideally within retail or B2B2C industries, with a strong track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programs
- Strong project and program management skills covering scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and governance in multi-stakeholder environments
- Solid understanding of retail operations and customer journeys, ideally in optical, healthcare, or premium consumer retail, with familiarity in omnichannel concepts integrating digital and physical touchpoints
- Ability to translate strategic directions into actionable workstreams, pilots, and initiatives, supported by data-driven continuous improvement using KPIs and qualitative feedback
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both external partners and senior internal stakeholders, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
- High accountability and ownership to independently manage topics end-to-end, make decisions within scope, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English; German and/or additional languages are an advantage

- Drive retail strategy with key partners and markets
- Execute initiatives for online optical retail
- Enhance omnichannel experience and insights
- Optimize end-to-end customer journeys
- Boost conversion across online and in-store channels
- Manage onboarding of new customers and partners
- Ensure smooth setup and stable multi-channel operations
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
- Manage project timelines and risks
- Align leadership, IT, local markets, and external partners
- Establish KPIs and feedback loops
- Analyze results and identify improvements
- Standardize best practices for continuous improvement
- Lead pilot projects and store visits
- Conduct interviews to gather insights
- Synthesize findings to inform strategy and roadmap
