- Healthcare or regulated industries experience

- Structuring complex customer requirements into scalable solutions
- Working in agile software/system development environments
- Strong governance mindset
- Designing scalable operating models, KPIs, and control mechanisms
- Aligning cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Commercial, Regulatory)
- Driving performance, capacity alignment, and efficiency improvements
- Willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Design and govern global order entry process
- Ensure prescription validation, escalation, and compliance
- Lead global service center performance
- Plan capacity, monitor SLAs, and improve quality and efficiency
- Design and govern automation roadmap
- Translate business rules into scalable, auditable systems
- Drive cross-functional governance and prioritization
- Manage risks and system enhancements with Process Owners, IT, Compliance, and Data Protection
- Engage senior B2B customers on prescription validation
- Align solutions with governance, strategy, and budget
- Own global KPI framework for prescription validation
- Define reporting standards and enable data-driven decisions
- Lead end-to-end customer solution development
- Analyze needs, define requirements, and coordinate IT/operations
- Ensure quality, timeline, and budget adherence
