- Experience managing programs for optical, optoelectronic, or complex mechatronic products in high-tech or MedTech/B2B environment is ideal
- Strong understanding of full product lifecycle
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams without direct line authority
- Strong stakeholder, conflict-management, and negotiation skills
- Solid financial and business acumen
- Experience with program KPIs
- Structured, analytical, and hands-on working style
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments
- Ability to balance strategic view with day-to-day execution
- Very good communication skills in English
- German language skills are a strong plus
- Willingness to work in an international, cross-site context
Aufgaben
- Manage complex optical/optomechanical development programs
- Translate business and customer requirements into program objectives
- Create integrated roadmaps and phased delivery plans
- Lead cross-functional, cross-site teams
- Establish effective program governance
- Drive decision-making across lifecycle phases
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Implement mitigation plans and escalation paths
- Ensure transparency to stakeholders and management
- Secure readiness for lifecycle gates
- Orchestrate smooth handovers between functions
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers
- Ensure clear communication and expectation management
- Foster sustainable partnerships
