Anforderungen
- University degree in engineering, natural sciences, economics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project development or engineering in renewable energy, chemicals, or oil & gas
- Hands-on experience across full project lifecycle (concept, feasibility, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)
- Ability to independently identify, acquire, and engage partners
- Experience coordinating EPC contractors, technology licensors, and engineering consultants
- Familiarity with standard engineering documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, layout plans, mass/energy balances)
- Experience in techno-economic modelling (LCO, DCF, IRR)
- Knowledge of EU RFNBO and renewable fuel regulations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Independent, structured working style with initiative and team orientation

Aufgaben
- Identify and engage project owners, co-investors, and operators in target regions
- Structure projects across technical, environmental, and commercial dimensions
- Coordinate with technology providers, EPC contractors, and local developers
- Define plant design and estimate CAPEX and OPEX
- Develop business cases using techno-economic models
- Assess production volumes, costs, revenues, and project viability
- Advance projects from early concept to detailed engineering and implementation
- Prepare techno-economic presentations and project documentation
- Support funding applications and certification processes
- Develop offtake and commercialisation strategies
- Collaborate internationally with project partners
- Support site visits in Germany and abroad
- Represent Solarbelt at conferences
