  • Experience in project development for solar, battery storage, or wind projects in Germany
  • Experience with project management tools and financial models
  • Knowledge of German renewable energy market and strong network

  • Establish and maintain strong networks
  • Handling challenging situations during high-pressure project phases
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solution-oriented with analytical approach
  • Fluent German and English communication

  • Lead and coordinate project development team
  • Identify and acquire project sites
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Initiate and lead development planning procedures
