- Identify project opportunities and partners globally
- Run pilot projects in developing countries
- Set up and manage technical implementation
- Select suppliers and purchase materials
- Conduct on-site visits to target regions annually
- Expand contacts and networks in target regions
- Draft and negotiate contracts with local partners
- Monitor economic and environmental project implementation
- Ensure CO2 certification compliance
- Manage cross-sectional tasks for CO2-offset projects
- Participate in major customer tenders
- Prepare materials for major customer discussions
- Lead a team of 3-5 members
- Achieve agreed team goals
- Manage and control team members
- Ensure quality of work results
