- Strong knowledge of common Lean methodologies and continuous improvement approaches
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Hands-on shopfloor experience and workshop facilitation
- Analytical strength and pragmatic execution skills
- Solid experience in supplier development, ideally in an international environment
- Confident appearance, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Excellent English skills
- Willingness to travel to production sites
- End-to-end thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on mentality and high implementation strength
- Ability to drive change and embed improvements
- High personal responsibility and structured working style
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Aufgaben
- Build and shape the Production Excellence framework
- Develop supplier programs focused on Lean Manufacturing
- Facilitate Kaizen events and Gemba walks
- Conduct detailed value stream analyses
- Analyze production and quality processes
- Derive and implement sustainable improvement measures
- Coach teams and suppliers in Lean methodologies
- Drive initiatives to reduce costs and waste
- Define KPIs to identify improvement potential
- Support production ramp-ups and stabilization
- Manage operational escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence
