- •5+ years experience in strategic procurement or category management
- •Ability to analyze complex BOMs and develop risk strategies
- •Understanding of global sourcing and international supplier qualification
- •Exceptional communication and consensus-building skills
- •Fluency in English and conversational German
- •Enjoyment of occasional international travel
