- Create KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
- Assess the impact of process changes
- Facilitate optimization workshops and alignment sessions
- Manage interfaces between business units and stakeholders
- Lead Process and Task Mining technology projects
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders
- Integrate market trends into the process strategy
