- Own Service concept deliverables
- Own Service FMEA deliverables
- Own Service qualification deliverables
- Own Service operating instructions deliverables
- Own operational Service launch readiness deliverables
- Drive post-launch changes
- Manage post-launch changes
- Implement Service and Repair related impact of product reliability improvements
- Implement Service and Repair related impact of process excellence improvements
- Enhance Service quality and cost
- Collaborate on daily business with Service Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Reliability, Finance, and global Service operations
- Collaborate on lifecycle aspects with Service Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Reliability, Finance, and global Service operations
