  • •Lead and develop the plant quality organization
  • •Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • •Act as the primary customer quality interface
  • •Manage quality claims and professional customer communication
  • •Improve quality systems, process controls, and audit readiness
  • •Ensure quality execution across the shopfloor and supply chain
  • •Translate quality KPIs into actionable improvement initiatives
  • •Lead APQP and PPAP for new product industrialization
  • •Champion structured, data-driven problem solving
  • •Maintain and evolve ISO and IATF management systems
  • •Manage the quality function budget and performance improvements
