Aufgaben
- Implement and maintain Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Otis global standards
- Support field organization in PUI activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Achieve and sustain OPXL performance standards
- Contribute to customer satisfaction through quality processes
- Support customer complaint and survey processes
- Manage action plans and quality documentation
- Promote continuous improvement culture
- Utilize OPXL tools like MFA and 5S
- Train staff on ISO and OPXL requirements
- Prepare for internal and external ISO audits
- Participate in ISO audits
- Present audit results to Executive Committee
- Propose and implement corrective actions
- Support field quality PUI process
