- Experience with project management tools
- Solid understanding of IC design flows
- System-on-Chip (SoC) development experience advantageous
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Ability to drive delivery against tight timelines
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent written communication skills in French
- Excellent verbal communication skills in French
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
Aufgaben
- Lead delivery of radio SoC products from concept to market
- Drive IC design projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ensure successful product development
- Oversee production transfer
- Manage market introduction
- Act as primary interface for radio IoT chips
- Ensure alignment across distributed teams
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams
- Work with marketing, sales, and applications engineering
- Consolidate project schedules
- Track key milestones
- Lead core team meetings
- Manage product lifecycle from specification to market
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Drive approval meetings
- Lead design reviews
- Provide stakeholder updates
