Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or PhD preferred
- 7+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry or 12+ years for PhD-qualified candidates
- Proven expertise in LNAs, mixers, filters
- Proven expertise in power amplifiers (sub-GHz and 2.4GHz)
- Matching network development for Rx/Tx
- Experience with EM simulation tools (HFSS, EMX)
- Strong grasp of system-level interactions between RF blocks in advanced radio chips
- Innovative, self-motivated, and collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Aufgaben
- Drive the design, simulation, and optimization of RF front ends
- Participate in defining RF architecture for receivers and transmitters
- Define architecture for frequency synthesizers and building blocks
- Extract S-parameter models for packages and PCBs
- Develop and optimize matching networks for regional compliance
- Simulate and measure radio performance and compliance
- Optimize application PCBs for robust performance
