Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Product, Systems, or Manufacturing Quality engineering
- Proven track record managing non-conformities in complex technical product environments (robotics, automotive, medical devices, advanced manufacturing)
- Deep expertise in structured root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Solid experience building quality indicators, tracking metrics, and designing reporting structures/dashboards
- Exceptional collaborative skills bridging R&D, operations, and supply chain goals
- English fluency with strong technical communication and documentation skills
- Direct experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 80079-34 quality management systems
- Experience in a fast-growing hardware tech scale-up environment
Aufgaben
- Optimize non-conformity management workflow
- Ensure documentation of critical quality issues
- Prioritize and escalate quality issues
- Close critical quality issues
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Investigate hardware and software issues
- Drive structured problem-solving using A3, 5W2H, and fault tree analysis
- Promote proactive problem-solving culture
- Define and maintain quality KPIs
- Improve product quality data dashboards
- Analyze production and testing quality data
- Identify recurring quality issues
- Identify systemic improvement opportunities
- Report quality performance to stakeholders
- Enable data-based design and production decisions
- Support ISO 9001 and ISO 80079-34 compliance
- Train teams on quality assurance tools
- Train teams on modern problem-solving methodologies
