- 5–10 years technical program management, product management, or engineering program management experience
- Track record delivering complex, multi-team programs
- Experience in fast-paced, deep-tech environment
- Solid technical foundation with engineering degree(s)
- Hands-on agile/iterative development experience
- Good working knowledge of software and hardware development practices
- Good working knowledge of system architecture
- Good working knowledge of CI/CD or testing practices
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and aggressive timelines
- Comfort with cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel as required
- High proficiency in English
- Experience with robotics or hardware product development
- Experience with embedded systems
- Exposure to safety-critical systems
- Exposure to field-deployed systems
- Experience coordinating programs across multiple countries
- Experience coordinating programs across multiple regulatory environments
- Prior experience at early-stage hardware/software startup
- Thrive bridging disciplines (hardware, software, field operations)
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end program planning and reporting
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Translate strategic, commercial, and product goals into plans
- Develop roadmaps and quarterly commitments
- Identify and resolve blockers
- Coordinate software release processes
- Coordinate integration testing and regression validation
- Coordinate staged rollouts to field deployments
- Act as operational interface with external partners
- Coordinate requirements and delivery schedules with partners
- Lead cross-team alignment and program reviews
- Produce roadmaps, RACI matrices, and status dashboards
- Gather structured feedback from field deployments
- Translate feedback into actionable input for engineering
