Anforderungen
- •5+ years in wealth management or private banking
- •Regulatory awareness across EU/CH
- •Experience in presales, sales engineering, or consulting for enterprise software
- •Strong discovery skills
- •Comfortable working with REST APIs, data models, and SQL
- •Ability to discuss cloud deployment, containerisation, and security fundamentals
- •Outstanding communication skills
- •Confident presenting to senior management
- •High ownership and structure
- •Strong commercial mindset
- •Excellent English; German and/or French strongly preferred
- •Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce is beneficial
- •Discovery and solution mapping
- •Demo design and delivery
- •Workshop facilitation
- •RFI/RFP orchestration and technical writing
- •Architecture fundamentals
- •Stakeholder management across Front Office, IT, Risk/Compliance, and Executives
- •Project scoping, estimation, and handover to delivery
- •Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- •Scale-up experience and comfort operating with ambiguity
- •Experience with Swiss/DACH private banks
- •Experience with front-office in private banks
- •Advanced risk and portfolio analytics know-how
- •Hands-on scripting and good understanding of AI tools

- •Own and orchestrate demo environments end-to-end

- •Conduct integration mapping and discuss security and deployment options
- •Create and maintain presales collateral, including decks and demo videos
- •Lead RFI/RFP responses and coordinate contributors
- •Craft compelling and compliant answers for submissions
- •Co-design target architectures with Solutions Architects and Product teams
- •Act as the voice of the client towards Product and Implementation
- •Package field feedback into clear problem statements
- •Track and improve presales KPIs and refine playbooks
- •Support marketing and events with high-impact demos and presentations
