Junior Application & Integration Specialist(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating software solutions into client environments, working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth deployments and upgrades. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing application configurations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating project upgrades.

Anforderungen

  • •Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices
  • •Good knowledge of SQL databases
  • •Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts
  • •Good knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl / wget, etc)
  • •Good knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc)
  • •Decent experience with information system troubleshooting
  • •Highly motivated and self-sufficient
  • •Strong customer service and communication skills
  • •Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Experience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq etc.) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous
  • •DevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift
  • •Proven experience driving or supporting IT projects (Agile or Waterfall)
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC and/or ITIL processes
  • •Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • •Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

  • •Lead technical integration of software products
  • •Support client in implementing necessary infrastructure
  • •Manage and configure application releases
  • •Guide customers in application deployments and upgrades
  • •Configure applications based on client requirements
  • •Assist client application management teams with setup
  • •Participate in technical discussions on infrastructure changes
  • •Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions
  • •Liaise with product development teams as needed
  • •Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients
  • •Track progress and manage risks for version upgrades
  • •Provide regular status updates on upgrades
  • •Collaborate with client project teams for successful upgrades
