Mid-Market Account Manager(m/w/x)
Negotiating policy renewals and developing upsell strategies for trade credit insurance clients in French-speaking Switzerland. AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module) required. International exposure.
Anforderungen
- Swiss commercial degree or equivalent
- AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module)
- 2-4 years of experience in Account Management of Sales within financial services, insurance, or a related field
- Good understanding of Swiss market dynamics and customer expectations
- Proven track record in managing client portfolios and negotiating contracts
- Detail-oriented and precise working
- Good understanding of complex IT systems (local and group ERP, Microsoft 365)
- Ability to deliver high-quality services with tight deadlines
- Result-oriented and self-motivating
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients in French-speaking Switzerland
- Ensure client satisfaction and drive growth
- Lead policy renewal negotiations with clients and brokers
- Secure optimal terms and foster long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute account plans for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers through regular visits
- Provide strategic advisory support on technical and contractual matters
- Prepare and deliver documentation for client meetings and ad-hoc reports
- Manage contract documentation with accuracy and compliance
- Oversee data input processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance in administrative processes
