Anforderungen
- •Swiss commercial degree or equivalent
- •AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module)
- •2-4 years of experience in Account Management of Sales within financial services, insurance, or a related field
- •Good understanding of Swiss market dynamics and customer expectations
- •Proven track record in managing client portfolios and negotiating contracts
- •Detail-oriented and precise working
- •Good understanding of complex IT systems (local and group ERP, Microsoft 365)
- •Ability to deliver high-quality services with tight deadlines
- •Result-oriented and self-motivating
- •Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills

- •Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients in French-speaking Switzerland
- •Ensure client satisfaction and drive growth
- •Lead policy renewal negotiations with clients and brokers
- •Secure optimal terms and foster long-term partnerships
- •Develop and execute account plans for upselling and cross-selling
- •Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers through regular visits
- •Provide strategic advisory support on technical and contractual matters
- •Prepare and deliver documentation for client meetings and ad-hoc reports
- •Manage contract documentation with accuracy and compliance
- •Oversee data input processes
- •Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- •Ensure operational excellence and compliance in administrative processes
