- Hands-on execution mindset, experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Business fluency in English and German

- Stop low-value projects
- Eliminate underperforming SKUs
- Identify simplification levers across portfolio and operations
- Drive simplification levers across portfolio and operations
- Optimize products for profitability
- Optimize channels for profitability
- Optimize COGS for profitability
- Maintain updated business cases
- Update business cases for cost and value drivers
- Support lifecycle extension strategies
- Manage product reformulations
- Oversee market expansions
- Manage strategic divestments
- Lead commercial due diligence for M&A
- Identify organic growth opportunities
- Identify geographic expansion opportunities
- Identify new product launch opportunities
- Develop robust business cases with full lifecycle ownership
- Develop feasibility validations with full lifecycle ownership
- Coordinate execution across Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial
- Manage project governance
