Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or comparable
- At least 5 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in Project Planning and Risk Management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, results-driven approach
- Persuasiveness and resilience with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in using standard MS Office programs and project management tools (MS Project, Planner etc.)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German (B1)
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement product integration strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for regulatory approvals
- Manage onboarding of Contract Manufacturing Organizations
- Oversee tech transfers and production delivery
- Identify and implement timeline optimizations
- Escalate important topics to leadership
- Manage external stakeholders effectively
- Take ownership of issue identification and resolution
- Navigate complex interdependencies and market challenges
- Make informed decisions quickly across stakeholders
- Oversee market launch to achieve expected EBITDA
- Ensure health authority approvals for production and packaging
- Provide strategic updates and risk assessments to leadership
- Translate project complexity into actionable insights
