- Extensive experience leading global/international teams
- Strong conflict management and resolution skills
- Effective collaboration across complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent indirect leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills across hierarchical levels
- Excellent influencing skills with external stakeholders/regulatory partners

Aufgaben
- Provide end-to-end ownership of quality product activities
- Ensure strong product strategy for compliance and patient safety
- Enable transparent and proactive risk management
- Prevent defects through robust quality design
- Foster continuous improvement in product quality
- Coordinate operations and provide leadership to the product team
- Organize and prioritize work within the product team
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across departments
- Act as central point of accountability and escalation
- Manage external partners’ contributions to business objectives
- Plan and achieve Science budget performance
- Onboard, train, and develop team members
- Lead outsourcing activities and external partnerships
- Ensure effective collaboration with external partners
- Manage performance of external partners
