Anforderungen
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
- Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills
- Ability to lead creative direction and guide teams
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
- Strong English communication skills
Aufgaben
- Lead design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
- Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
- Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs
- Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content
- Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects
- Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content
- Present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively
- Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence
- Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with timely delivery
- Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain quality
- Stay at the forefront of motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools
- Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats
- Push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s new brand
