- Strong English communication skills

- Create engaging, high-quality brand materials reflecting BJAK’s visual identity
- Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system for consistency across marketing and product surfaces
- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams on cohesive brand experiences
- Design for diverse audiences, adapting brand expression as needed
- Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines for strong craft and consistency
- Deliver fast, thoughtful design supporting brand growth and business needs
- Contribute creative and strategic input to overall brand direction
