Aufgaben
- Lead translation of brand strategy into impactful retail experiences
- Develop and execute EMEA Retail Marketing & Activation strategy
- Align global brand direction with regional priorities
- Drive brand heat, consumer engagement, and commercial performance
- Lead Store Environments Creative, Production, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Activation teams
- Work closely with Wholesale Marketing team for consistent execution
- Develop and execute seasonal Retail Marketing & Activation plan
- Ensure impactful delivery of campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments
- Create compelling consumer journeys through integrated retail marketing
- Design and implement in-store activations, windows, and POS materials
- Strengthen brand equity and drive conversion through localized storytelling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Merchandising, Store Operations, and other teams
- Manage creative development and production processes
- Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors
- Support store openings and community-driven initiatives
- Enhance consumer connection and elevate retail experience
- Lead execution of key internal events
- Align stakeholders for successful regional implementation
- Measure and optimize retail marketing performance
- Leverage consumer, traffic, and sales insights for continuous improvement
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
- Manage retail marketing and activation budgets
