- Lead and mentor Country Customs Leads across European jurisdictions and the UK
- Provide direction to customs compliance teams in regional distribution centers
- Foster a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop talent, succession plans, and organizational capabilities
- Advise senior leadership on customs and trade compliance
- Ensure compliance with import and export customs regulations
- Establish and maintain customs governance frameworks
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary changes
- Manage customs audits and interactions with authorities
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders
- Translate customs strategies into operational initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement projects for compliance and efficiency
- Drive standardization and best-practice sharing
