- Partner with Timberland LT to define retail LRP goals
- Set retail revenue, margin, and contribution targets
- Translate brand and financial goals into a retail trading plan
- Lead Retail SOE for in-season trading decisions
- Maximize full price and outlet performance with agile inventory
- Lead retail go-to-market process
- Align store concept and tiering with go-to-market
- Own retail commercial calendar for key consumer moments
- Define seasonal priorities and product focus
- Lead store tiering based on consistent logic
- Own end-to-end store customer experience
- Elevate service models for key commercial moments
- Ensure brand expression through VM quality and storytelling
- Maintain regular field presence for execution and coaching
- Define and develop store concepts with brand team
- Determine role of each store in the marketplace
- Partner with Finance and Real Estate for investment decisions
- Support lease negotiations
- Oversee full store lifecycle (openings, closures, relocations)
