Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related STEM field
- 5+ years of hands-on ML Engineer experience in production
- Expert Python skills and strong SQL proficiency
- Developing and deploying NLP models, information retrieval systems, and search engines
- Integrating AI and LLMs into ML pipelines
- Software engineering best practices for clean, maintainable, scalable code
- Designing and delivering scalable, production-grade ML systems and architectures
- Working with cloud platforms, CI/CD workflows, and containerized environments
- Leading technical initiatives with ownership and accountability
- Strong mentoring skills and ability to guide junior team members
- Proactive mindset with ownership, solution-driving, and navigating ambiguity
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, efficient execution
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Experience in low-code languages like C++ or Java
- Working with AWS, particularly SageMaker
- Fine-tuning or training LLMs
- Building and managing data pipelines
- Valid work permit

- Design and implement advanced ML features
- Take end-to-end ownership from ideation to production
- Architect and build multifaceted search engines
- Optimize data aggregation and retrieval across sources
- Design scalable system architectures

- Develop and maintain microservices within applications
- Apply and guide adoption of latest ML advancements
- Train, evaluate, and optimize models for performance
- Mentor and support other ML engineers
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Collaborate with ML engineers, backend engineers, and product owners
- Act as a technical lead in cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to a well-balanced tech stack
- Prioritize simplicity, maintainability, and efficiency
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Conduct thorough code reviews
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes
- Share insights and feedback
