Anforderungen
- B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in data science, statistics, and experimental thinking
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, coding, and debugging skills in Python
- At least 5 years of Full-Stack Software Development experience
- At least 3 years of applied ML experience, with 2 years with LLMs and Agents
- Proven track-record of deploying and maintaining AI models in production
- RAG pipelines with vector stores (e.g., Chroma, Qdrant)
- Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Google ADK, CrewAI)
- Cloud AI services e.g. AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (AI Studio), GCP (Vertex AI)
- LLM & Agent Ops tools (experiment tracking, observability, evaluation, prompt engineering)
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g. Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
- Micro-services and REST APIs
