Aufgaben
- Act as a Legal Business Partner for the Swiss market
- Serve as the General Counsel's primary backup
- Manage all Legal and Compliance matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Resolve legal and related commercial issues
- Advise on Swiss labor law
- Develop legal trainings and templates
- Provide business-oriented legal guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels
- Implement global Legal and Compliance technology
- Advocate for the company with external stakeholders
- Identify and exploit cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure quality and standardization of legal solutions
