Aufgaben
- Advise on employment law challenges for platform work globally
- Lead management of platform worker and rider classification risks
- Monitor and manage high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations
- Develop defense strategies with local legal counsel
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to understand delivery operations
- Support development of next-generation delivery solutions
- Explore new business models and strategic opportunities related to platform work
- Track and analyze legislative and regulatory developments
- Advise Public Policy teams on platform work impacts
- Provide expert guidance to senior management and stakeholders
- Travel internationally for up to 10% of the time
