- Flexibility to work with colleagues in APAC and the United States
- Ability to adopt a solution-focused and collaborative mindset
- Expertise in risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Skilled at identifying business and legal issues and providing risk-based recommendations
- Experience navigating complex legal issues around digital marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaboration
- Organised and capable of managing multiple matters under deadline pressure
Aufgaben
- Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice
- Participate in complex problem resolution
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Partner with business counterparts to deliver legal services
- Manage legal risks and develop risk management frameworks
- Escalate complex issues to senior legal leadership
- Support development and review of marketing content
- Draft terms and conditions for promotions and offers
- Collaborate with the Product Legal team on marketing content
- Work with global lawyers on IP and privacy matters
- Perform legal compliance risk assessments
- Propose creative solutions to advance business objectives
- Manage escalations and develop solutions for business partners
- Build strong relationships with business counterparts
- Establish efficient review processes and procedures
- Provide training on legal requirements to business partners
