- Strong GDPR/data protection foundations (DPAs, DSARs, ROPA, DPIAs, retention) and independent ownership
- Genuine interest in AI regulation and AI-powered product legal implications
- Builder mindset: curious about using AI for legal process improvement and contributing to internal tooling
- Foundational knowledge and affinity for tech and platform business
- Excellent communication and relationship building with engineers, product managers, and operational teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; German is a strong plus
Aufgaben
- Develop deep understanding of business and tech stack
- Take ownership of core data protection workstreams
- Contribute to legal team's AI tooling efforts
- Manage end-to-end data protection operations
- Handle Data Subject Requests
- Maintain Records of Processing Activities
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Manage data retention processes
- Set legal standards for privacy operational processes
- Provide oversight for privacy processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
- Review and negotiate SaaS agreements
- Review and negotiate vendor agreements
- Review and negotiate AI tool agreements
- Embed privacy-by-design into product development
- Advise on AI features
- Advise on new data flows
- Advise on high-impact processing activities
- Track regulatory developments in data protection
- Track regulatory developments in AI
- Translate regulatory updates into actionable items
- Support legal team's process improvement
- Use AI to enhance legal processes
- Support company-wide compliance with AI tools
