- •Minimum of 7 years of HR experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience
- •Work experience in managing multiple manufacturing sites
- •Previous roles in large global matrixed Fortune 500 organization
- •Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
- •Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday, Kronos) and Microsoft Office suite
- •Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
- •Regular travel required between different sites in France and Switzerland
- •Results-oriented approach, strong influencing skills, and ability to build authentic relationships
- •Solution-oriented mindset and critical thinking
- •Flexibility and adaptability to industry changes
- •Proven coaching and consulting abilities
