Aufgaben
- Lead strategic development of CDS marketing plan for Western Europe
- Execute CDS marketing plan for Western Europe
- Collaborate with product managers and market development managers
- Define and promote CDS portfolio value proposition
- Ensure strong co-positioning strategy across Western Europe
- Oversee impactful campaigns for LINQ and LINQ II launches
- Drive alignment between marketing, product management, and sales
- Collaborate with global marketing team on Western European needs
- Manage LINQ Ecosystem portfolio
- Promote LINQ Ecosystem's unique value
- Drive strategy and competitive positioning for LINQ Ecosystem
- Educate WE CRM teams to grow the portfolio
- Drive customer engagement with medical affairs teams
- Remove barriers to market growth with clinical teams
- Drive customer engagement with market development teams
- Lead training and education strategy for Western Europe
- Focus on onboarding programs and customer engagement
- Ensure Western Europe market is equipped to promote CDS solutions
- Shape and lead digital marketing strategy
- Drive cohesive digital presence with costumer marketing manager
- Drive cohesive digital presence with integrated marketing specialist
- Drive cohesive digital presence with digital centre of excellence
- Build and connect ecosystem strategy
- Link product initiatives with market development goals
- Engage stakeholders through society education
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Implement awareness programs
- Collaborate with multiple sales teams (CDS, CRM, SAM)
- Set quarterly objectives with sales teams
- Define messaging with sales teams
- Track performance with sales teams
- Ensure market growth and retention
- Work with channel marketing for sales and marketing alignment
- Provide input on Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Ensure supply chain continuity for key products
- Develop and articulate pricing strategies
- Ensure proper pricing execution in local markets
- Gather customer feedback for portfolio development
