- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Readiness to travel
- Good IT skills
Aufgaben
- Manage project activities for NIS and IIS
- Oversee publication processes for clinical studies
- Conduct literature research on Octapharma’s products and competitors
- Prepare product reviews for submissions to health authorities
- Address internal scientific inquiries
- Respond to external medical inquiries
- Maintain the in-house literature database
- Disseminate relevant medical content to internal stakeholders
- Expand and manage the global medinfo database
- Identify and establish contact with KOLs in collaboration with IBU
- Support and report on relevant international congress content
- Act as the onsite medical affairs representative at congresses
- Revise and compile outgoing medical documents in collaboration with Regulatory and Clinical Research Departments
- Approve marketing materials in collaboration with IBU
- Interface with internal departments
- Provide staff training on product indications and medical background
